The staff were really good too ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my visit. One particular incident stood out to me - when I needed assistance finding my way around the city, the staff recommended a knowledgeable and certified guide, Youssef, who provided an lovely experience in the Medina. Without his expertise, I would have surely gotten lost multiple times. Youssef shared fascinating historical and cultural insights about Morocco, making my time in the Medina enjoyable. the location of the hotel was perfect - close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle of the center. I highly recommend this hotel for its helpful staff, great location, experiences.

What a great way to start the new year! The staff at this hotel were simply amazing, always ready to help and with a smile on their faces. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions and with plenty of parking nearby. The room was very comfortable, with cozy beds and a beautiful decor that added a touch of romance to our stay. What we enjoyed the most were the delicious dinners offered by the hotel, a true culinary experience that made our new year's celebration even more special.
That the bathroom could have been better maintained, but nothing that really affected our overall impression of the hotel. We also felt a bit chilly in the room during the winter months, but that is to be expected in Morocco.

This hotel is in a prime location, nestled in the heart of the bustling medina. It's close to many attractions in the area and provides a great base from which to explore the old city. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and well, maintained, and the breakfast spread is delicious. the staff is helpful and attentive, providing hand, drawn maps to help navigate the maze, like streets.
The lack of air conditioning in the rooms can be uncomfortable during hot and humid weather.

Amazing staff and excellent location! Very short walk to the main attractions. the room was very clean and had a beautiful decoration. Comfortable beds made sleeping very enjoyable. the best part was the helpfulness of the staff who drew us a map to guide us on places to visit in the city, adding to the great experience.
The wifi connection was absurdly bad and inconsistent. At times, it could be slow and unreliable.
